Take M1 to Junction 15  

Follow A508 and then stay on dual carriageway around Northampton on A43 

Follow signs to Kettering and Corby 

At A14 turn left towards M1 for one junction 

Leave at junction 7, signpost to Corby, once more on A43 

At first roundabout there are two routes to Corby indicated, take first exit A 6003 

At end of winding dual carriageway (with partial 50mph limit) follow A6003 (3rd exit, straight on) 

Straight over next roundabout junction with A427 

Next roundabout is small, take second exit on A6116 towards Corby.  If you find yourself going down a very steep hill with a 30mph limit you have gone the wrong way! 

After half a mile turn left at next roundabout. 

After 200 yards straight over roundabout.  You are now in an industrial area 

After half a mile there is a central right turn lane – filter right into Earlstrees Rd. 

There is Brunel Road on the left, then the entry to a small estate, and then the next estate entry is Earlstrees Ct.. 

Hamilton House has offices on the front on the far right as you look from the road – you will see our yellow and blue sign.  Please park in front of the offices – plenty of space.

Take A14 from Cambridgeshire / Huntingdon / A1 towards Kettering and the M1  

Leave A14 at junction for Corby –A6116 

After about 13 miles pass around village of Stanion and come to large roundabout.   

Take third exit onto A43 and then immediately get into left lane and filter left at the lights by the Hilton Hotel, still heading for Corby and back onto A6116. 

As you get to the town, go straight over first roundabout, and then turn right (2nd exit) at next roundabout. 

Pass Asda and out of town shopping area on left, and continue on A6116, crossing next roundabout. 

You will be passing through an industrial area now, with cement works etc left and right.   This is Phoenix Parkway, and eventually it becomes Gretton Brook Rd (see map) 

After several miles the first major turning on the left is Earlstrees Rd – turn into Earlstrees Rd.  If you come to a small roundabout leading into Causeway Road you have just gone about half a mile too far – turn around and go back and take the first on the right – you will see a filter lane in the middle of the road – pull into that and turn right into Earlstrees Rd. (see map) 

There is Brunel Road on the left, then the entry to a small estate, and then the next estate entry is Earlstrees Ct..

Take A1 south  

Pass Grantham 

After about 12 miles turn off the A1 onto B668 to Oakham 

From Oakham follow A6003 south towards Corby 

At Rockingham go up very steep hill 

Get into left lane as you approach the top of the hill. 

At mini roundabout at top of hill turn left 

After half a mile turn left at next roundabout. 

After 200 yards straight over roundabout.  You are now in an industrial area
