Mailing Choices Hamilton House can undertake mailings of all shapes and sizes, providing any or all of the standard components – the envelopes, labour and labels. Apart from the benefit that you don’t have to handle all the physical side of the mailing, you will also find that may pay quite a lot less in postage. This is because we are able to sort the mail according to Royal Mail requirements for Mailsort discounts. If you already have your own Royal Mail account we can use that account so that you are billed directly by Royal Mail. If not, we will issue you with a pro-forma invoice for payment before the mailing takes place. Do remember that if you post using postage stamps you will pay a higher basic rate for the postage than we can obtain for you, and you will not be eligible for any of the subsequent mailsort discounts.
